Adelia Brown-Moehlman

Adelia Brown-Moehlman, 59, of Pomona, Kansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 20, 2015. Adelia was born in Ft. Riley, KS on April 4, 1956, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Dishman) Miller. Adelia graduated from high school in St. George, KS. She was a stay-at-home mom. She loved her grandkids. She always put others first and loved helping others. She enjoyed nature and being outside, especially fishing. She loved her cats, and you could find her black lab, Goliath, by her side. Adelia was united in marriage to Melvin Moehlman and they were going to renew their vows in December. He survives of the home. Adelia is also survived by five children, Amanda Bradshaw and husband, John, of Hutchinson, KS, Ivan Moehlman and wife, Mandy, of Hutchinson, Jimmy Moehlman of Pomona, KS, Hank Moehlman of Manhattan, KS, and Devin Lapaille and husband, Mike, of Arkansas City, KS; eighteen grandchildren, D.J., Donovan, Abigail, Sebastian, Shaelynne, Dominic, Gabriel, Kaylee, Dakota, Kyle, Calista, Haileigh, Blade, Myschala, Kristopher, and three more; her mother, Mary Miller of St. George, KS; two brothers, Allan "Taz" Miller of Manhattan and Daniel Miller of Arizona; multiple cousins, nieces, and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Rita and Gail Moehlman; and two brothers-in-law, Glen Mallam and Floyd Moehlman. She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Miller; a brother, Kenny Miller; two grandchildren, Daymion and Nathaniel; her mother-in-law, Isla Jaymes Moehlman; two fathers-in-law, Wallace Jaymes and Ernest Moehlman. The family will meet with friends from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the Lamb - Roberts Funeral Home in Ottawa. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, November 30, 2015 also at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home in Ottawa. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Pomona, KS.
