Gladys I. Johannes, age 97, of Omaha, formerly of Homewood, KS, died March 3, 2010. Preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, grandson Jeffrey Dean Robe, and sister Velma Morrow. Survived by daughter and son-in-law Betty (Elizabeth) and Richard Arnold, Elkhorn, NE, and son and daughter-in-law Terry and Anna Marie Robe of Euless, TX, 5 grandchildren; Richard Keith (Deanna) Arnold, Traci (Richard) Shipley, Penny (Derek) Phillips, Sami Bailey, and Dustin (Angela) Robe, 23 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and sister Erma Steele.

Funeral service 10AM Saturday, March 6, 2010, Homewood Christian and Community Church, Homewood, KS, with visitation 1 Hour prior to service at the church. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Williamsburg, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Homewood Christian and Community Church Building Fund, 1789 Georgia Road, Williamsburg, KS, 66095.
