Infant Harleen Rhyn McCord, 4 month old of Ottawa, KS passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at her home in Ottawa, KS. She was born on April 18, 2017 in Overland Park, Kansas the daughter of Chris and Samantha (Gibson) McCord. She is survived by her parents, Chris and Samantha McCord of Ottawa, KS; two brothers, Arthur Lindsay III of Lincoln, MO and Christian McCord of Rantoul, KS; a sister, Lillian Coulson of Rantoul, KS; paternal grandparents, Jim and Kay McCurdy of Ottawa, KS Eric Hemple of Ottawa, KS; maternal grandparents, Gary Gibson Jr. of Perryville, MO, Dawn Wendeln of Sedalia, MO and Paul Gammill of La Monte, MO; and paternal great-grandmothers, Shirley Keifer and Doris Cox both of Ottawa, KS. Infant Harleen was preceded in death by two sisters, Aleha Faith Gibson and Aya Mey Gibson; paternal grandmother, Pam McCord-Kirkland; maternal great grandpa, Gary Gibson Sr.; maternal great-great grandfather, Ed Watson. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday , September 8, 2017 at the Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, 325 S. Hickory, Ottawa, KS 66067. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa, KS. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
