PATRICK ROSSLIOTTA FEHR Patrick Rossliotta Fehr, 52, Topeka and Ottawa, Kansas, died February 10, 2018 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was an accomplished and knowledgeable guitarist. Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Bill Fehr, grandparents James and Eleanor Liotta, and William and Evelyn Fehr.
