Shirley Denise Stierlin

Shirley Denise (DeCock) Stierlin, age 50, passed away on July 10, 2015, at her home in Osage City, KS. She was born July 26, 1964 in Ottawa KS, the daughter of Donald DeCock and Shirley Denise DeCock. She graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 1982. She moved to Williamsburg in 2008 and then to Osage City. Shirley was united in marriage to Thomas Stierlin in 1994 in Topeka, KS. They later divorced. Shirley was a CNA and worked in the health care industry. She was also a member of the Community Foursquare Church. One of Shirley's hobbies that she loved was cake decorating and baking. Shirley was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley DeCock. Survivors include her father, Donald DeCock of Ottawa, KS; two sons, Timothy Hill and Eddie Hill, both of Osage City, KS; two brothers, Allen DeCock, Ronnie DeCock of Ottawa, KS; two sisters, Carol Unsderfer of Salina, KS, and Jennie West of Ames, IA. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, Ottawa. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, 2015 at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home.
