Levi Scott Hallacy, age 29, of Ottawa, KS, passed away October 7, 2019, in Kansas City, KS. He was born October 14, 1989 in Parsons, KS, the son of William T. Hallacy, Jr. and Kyra L (Burnett) Freeman. Levi grew up in southeast Kansas and moved to Ottawa, KS in August 2019. Levi was a laborer most of his working career, primarily working in home construction. Levi loved working with his hands. Whether it be at work or at home he loved t be able to fix something or bring back something that had been broken and repair it. He especially loved doing mechanic work on his three-wheeler. Many hours of his time was spent fine tuning his three-wheeler. He loved his family and friend and always enjoyed the time spent together. Most important to Levi was his two sons. He loved them dearly, they meant everything to him He is survived by two sons, Kaiden Ray Hallacy, Denver Leon Hallacy, Ottawa, KS; fiancé, Kayla Bryant, Ottawa, KS; mother, Kyra Freeman and her husband, Marc, Ottawa, KS, father, William Hallacy, Vassar, KS; two sisters Makayla Pinkerton, Ottawa, KS, Amanda Houser and her husband, Jon, Wichita, KS; grandmother, Dixie Tucker, Parsons, KS; great grandmother, Juanita Main, Parsons, KS; grandparents, Bill and Sandy Hallacy, Eucha, OK; two half-sisters, Nicole Hallacy, Bethany Hallacy; one half-brother, Tyler Hallacy, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Levi is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jessie Burnett. A Celebration of Levi's life will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, Ottawa, KS The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Levi Hallacy Children's Memorial Fund c/o Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, P.O.
