Seth N. Outcalt

Seth Norman Outcalt, passed away unexpectedly on February 26, 2019 at the age 38 in Kansas City, Missouri. Seth was born in Klamath Falls, OR on June 17, 1980 to Richard (Rocky) and Susan Alice (Maughan) Outcalt. Their marriage ended in divorce, and in 1986 Susan married Patrick Pouliot. Seth married Kate Dempsey in 2006, and they welcomed two children into their family. Daughter Lillie was born in 2007, and son, Nolan was born in 2010. The marriage later ended in divorce. Seth enjoyed the outdoors, and he loved spending time with his children. He had a great sense of humor, and often could lift the spirits of anyone who was felling sad. Survivors include his former wife, Kate, and their children, Lillie and Nolan. He is survived by his stepdad, Patrick (Anne) Pouliot, and by his natural father, Richard Steven (Lillian) Outcalt. Seth is also survived by his siblings: Richard (Mary) Outcalt, Sallyann Smith, Lanny Outcalt, Jacob (Janice) Outcalt, Laura (Peter) Sullivan, Michael (Tashua) Pouliot, Emily (Skyler) Fitzwater, and Amy Pouliot. Also surviving are grandparents Richard and Arlene Outcalt and George Pouliot. Seth is preceded in death by his mother, Susan Alice Pouliot, grandparents Hyrum Norman Maughan and Lois Margaret Maughan, grandmother Lois Outcalt, grandmother Betty Pouliot, and an aunt, Linda Kay Abdo.
