Anthony Joseph Huber-Lowe

Anthony Joseph Huber-Lowe, 38, of Topeka, Kansas died Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

He was born October 29, 1987 in Manhattan, Kansas the son of Thomas Alfred Lowe and Jeanne (Andrews) Lowe.  He grew up and attended school in Overbrook, Kansas. 

Anthony lived much of his adult life in Ottawa, Kansas and worked as a trashman for Ottawa Sanitation Services.

Anthony was an avid collector of rubber ducks, even buying Axe body spray while they came with ducks even though he didn’t use the spray.  He also liked Pennywise the clown and building Legos. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Jeanne Lowe, and his beloved grandmother, Grams.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Marci Ramage of Topeka, KS; significant other, Amanda Haid, of Topeka, KS; two daughters, Jazlynn Lowe and Hailey Haid, both of Topeka, KS; and a son, Jaxson Lowe.
