Azari Feliciano Adame Velez of Ottawa, KS was born and passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Overland Park, KS.  He was the son of Erika Bond.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Ayson Adame Velez

Azari is survived by his mother Erika Bond; sister, Anaceliya Murphy; grandmother, Christina Velez; three aunts, Sierra Streeter, Samantha Bond, Victoria Velez; an uncle, Brycean Velez; and grandfather, Vincent Powell.
