Bradley Padilla

Bradley Joseph Padilla, 33, of Carbondale, KS died Monday, September 6, 2021 at his home.

He was born October 12, 1987 in Topeka, KS the son of Louis Padilla and Tammy Harrison.  He graduated from Santa Fe Trail High School with the class of  2006.  Brad worked as a salesman at Famous Footwear and a farmhand for Kirk Wiscombe.

Brad enjoyed being outside, and he loved being a coach either wrestling or baseball.  He was also part of the Santa Fe Trail wresting club, the Trail Hands.  He was a talented painter. He loved travelling and being with his family.  He will be remembered by everyone has someone who always knew how to enjoy life.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Harrison, and maternal grandfather, Eugene Harrison.

He is survived by his father, Louis Padilla of Carbondale, KS; two brothers, Martin and Travis Padilla of Carbondale, KS; a sister, Lizza Padilla of Carbondale, KS; maternal grandmother, Pat Harrison of Eureka, KS; paternal grandparents, Peter and Nina Mendoza of Carbondale, KS; a nephew, Lil Marty Padilla of Carbondale, KS; and a niece, Avery Padilla of Carbondale, KS.

To celebrate Brad’s life, a funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Grace Community Church in Overbrook, KS.  A visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 10:30 a.m. at Grace Community Church.  Burial will take place at a later date at the Carbondale Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Brad Padilla Memorial Fund and sent c/o Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, P.O.
