Christian Thomas Linder

Christian Thomas Linder age 26 of Baldwin City, KS passed away September 8, 2023 at University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, KS from sudden heart complications.

Christian was born June 19, 1997 the son of Brett Linder and Renee (Reisen) Linder at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Overland Park, KS. He grew up in Baldwin City, KS graduating from Baldwin High School with the class of 2015.  Christian later then went on to attend Benedictine College and Baker University.

Christian was currently working at Demdaco in Edgerton, KS as a warehouse stockman.

Christian was a huge sports fan.  If there was a Kansas City sports team or University of Nebraska team playing Christian was cheering them on either at the game or watching them on TV. When there wasn't a game, he enjoyed fishing and golfing with friends.

He is survived by his parents Brett and Renee Linder, Gretna, NE; a sister, Morgan Linder, Pendleton, OR; twin brother, Collin Linder, St. Louis, MO; younger brother, Dylan Linder, Hays, KS; partner, Jamy Faudoa; paternal grandfather, Merlyn Linder, Ashland, NE; maternal grandfather, Charles Reisen, Ashland, NE and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Christian is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Pauline (Fink) Linder and maternal grandmother, Janice (Proffit) Reisen.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2023 at Annunciation Catholic Church, Baldwin City, KS.  A rosary will be said at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 14, 2023 at the Church followed by a visitation from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  

A Catholic Burial Ceremony will take place on Saturday, September 15, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, NE.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Linder Memorial Fund sent in care of Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, P.O.
