Debra Ann Cantrell

Debra Ann Cantrell, 57 of Ottawa, KS passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Ransom Memorial Hospital, Ottawa, KS. She was born March 23, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of J.W. Cantrell and Lou Ellen (Hopkins) Cantrell. Debra grew up and attended schools in Shawnee, KS. Debra worked as a house keeper and care giver for family and friends. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Ottawa, KS. She enjoyed crocheting, scrap booking and her dog, Ruffles. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by a son, Dusty Gentry and his wife, Melody of Ottawa, KS; a brother, Olen Cantrell and his wife, Marie of Blue Mound, KS; and many nieces and nephews. To celebrate Debra's life, services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, 325 S. Hickory, Ottawa, KS 66067. Interment will follow at Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, KS. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
