Joseph Lee Lewis

Joseph Lee Lewis, 27, of Rossville, Kansas died Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in his home.

He was born September 23, 1998 in El Paso, Texas the son of Jason Lee Lewis and Rosemary (Johnson) Lewis.  Born into a military family, he moved frequently until he graduated from McLouth High School with the class of 2017. 

Joseph attended Job Corps focusing on Culinary Arts before earning his Pastry Master certificate in Banghor, Maine.  He then worked as a prep cook at Dillons. 

Joseph loved animals and was great with kids.  His passion in life was cooking. 

He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Lewis of Overbrook, KS; three siblings, Felicity Parker of Topeka, KS, Johnathan Rhoads of Ft. Drum, NY, and Tiffanie Rhoads of New Mexico; a niece, a nephew, two aunts, an uncle, and numerous cousins.
