Justin M. Gardner

Justin M. Gardner, age 29, of Lawrence, KS, died May 2, 2019. He was born November 14, 1989 in Mesa, AZ, the son of Jim Gardner and Bev Robbins. Justin grew up in Arizona and Ottawa, KS. He graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 2008 and then attended Kansas University. He has lived in Lawrence for the past eleven years. Justin worked for many years at Sun Creations Screen Printing as a screen printing technician/press operator. He also worked at Rudy's Pizzeria for many years in various capacities. Justin was photographer/owner/operator of Justin Gardner Photography as well. He is survived by his mother, Bev Robbins, Ottawa, KS; father, Jim Gardner and his wife, JoAnn, Mesa, AZ; sisters, Britani Potter and her husband, David, San Tan Valley, AZ, Ciera Gardner and her fiancé Cody Poeverlein, Ottawa, KS; two children Zephyr Gardner, Lawrence, KS, Eleni Gardner, Lawrence, KS; and four nephews, Lukas Potter, Logan Potter, Reiden Potter of San Tan Valley, AZ, and Jackson Poeverlein, Ottawa, KS. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Marguerite Robbins, Charles and Elaine Gardner; and two brothers, Nathan and Luke Gardner. Justin has been cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, Ottawa.
