Nathaniel Charles Robinson, 23, Lawrence, Kansas passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022. He was born November 3, 1998, in Ottawa, Kansas, the son of J. Douglas Robinson and Glenda (Standeford) Robinson. Nathan grew up in Williamsburg and Lawrence, Kansas, and in Plains, Montana.
Nathan was a delight who brought joy and laughter to his whole family. He loved his friends and family deeply and enjoyed caring for others in whatever ways he could find. He wanted those around him to feel welcomed and safe.
Nathan had a gifted eye as an artist and photographer. He intuitively and quickly framed exposures with excellent compositions. His computer art was also very good. He was musical and humorous, and he kept us entertained when he was younger. He was fascinated by machinery and computers from an early age.
Nathan is survived by his parents, Doug and Glenda Robinson, his sisters, Rachel Motte, Emily Clede, and Holly Quick, his brother, Doug Robinson, and by his niece and nephew, Lucy and Justin Motte.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Fleta Robinson, of Williamsburg, Kansas, and his maternal grandmother, Lorraine Standeford, of Veneta, Oregon.
A Memorial service to remember Nathan’s life will be 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the Greenhouse Church on Mass Street, Lawrence, KS. His family will greet friends for a viewing and visitation from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2022 at Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, Ottawa, KS.
