Stephanie Sitlington

Stephanie Jo Sitlington, 37, of Ottawa, KS passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Advent Health in Ottawa, KS.  She was born June 3, 1985 in Ottawa, KS the daughter of Gary and Melinda (Burgoon) Sitlington. Stephanie grew up and attended schools in Ottawa and Pomona, KS. 

Stephanie worked for All Saints Home Care in Ottawa, KS and later, was a homemaker who took care of her Son and Mother.  She enjoyed collecting dolphins and listening to country music.  She will be remembered for always loving her family and her willingness to always lend a hand to family and friends. 

She is survived by her husband, Jason Dyche and son, Gary Sitlington III of the home; her mother, Melinda Burgoon of Ottawa, KS; four sisters, Samantha (Mickey) Owens of Richmond, KS, Betty (Michael) Richard of Carson City, NV, Tammy Sitlington of Topeka, KS and Milissa Sitlington of Lansing, KS; four brothers, Jacob Burgoon of Westwood, KS, Donovan Sitlington of Garnett, KS, Travis (Katie) Schultz of Lee’s Summit, MO and Levi Sitlington of Salina, KS; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Sitlington and a brother, Gary Sitlington II.

Cremation is planned. A private family visitation will be held at the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, Ottawa, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to her son, Gary Sitlington III and may be sent in c/o the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, P.O. Box 14, Ottawa, KS 66067.
