Terrance Austin

Terrence Wade Austin, 65, of Edgerton, KS passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 in Ottawa, KS. He was born November 15, 1955 in Kansas City, KS the son of Harold Robert Austin and Betty Jean (Wallace) Austin.  He grew up and attended schools in Kansas City, KS.

Mr. Austin worked as a Mason in Construction, retiring in 2014. He was a member of the Heavy Construction Laborers Local 663 in Kansas City, MO.

He married Debbie Lucas in 1983, they later divorced.

Terrence enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Austin was preceded in death by his parents; son Shane Robert Austin; and two nephews Jason Brown and Billy Austin.

Surviving family includes, two sons Justin Austin and Lisa of Baldwin City, KS and Kyle Austin and Lindsey of Ottawa, KS; daughter Kara Lucas and Damion of Kansas City, KS; sister Susan Gaylord and Larry of Huntsville, TX; two brothers Bob Austin and Janet of Kansas City, KS and Bill Austin and Sandy of  TN; six grandchildren Mackenzie, Declan, Ryker, Camden, Keegan and Jeremy; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
